       2.  Southfield Prospect- Over 5,000 acres west of Ft.Worth, Tx.  The Barnett Shale has not been drilled.  Possible 20 BCF gas reserves.  The current gas production is from the conglomerate gas zones,  with  18 BCF in reserves.  Cash flow of $ 720,000 a month after several well workovers and drilling. Excellent upside potential for reserves and cash flow.

        3.  Mingus Gas Prospect- Over 3,500 acres west of Ft.Worth, Tx.  The Barnett Shale has not been drilled. Possible 15 BCF gas reserves.  The current gas production is from the conglomerate gas zones,  with 8 BCF gas reserves. Current cash flow of $ 225,000 per month after well work overs and drilling.  Excellent upside potential for reserves and cash flow.

        4.  Plainview, IL  Gas Prospect-Over  15,000 acres held by 63 shut in gas wells. More acreage is available. A gas pipeline needs to be connected to Major Gatherer. Proved gas reserves of  18.65 BCF, PNP - 5 BCF and PUD-25 BCF of gas.

        5. Buckhorn Ranch-Brown County, IL.  Some 2,500 acres held by production. There are some  180 offset drill sites for the Devonian/Silurian oil.  Estimated proved reserves of 1.3 million BBLS/OIL.  Great cash flow.

        6.  Liberty, Tx .Prospect.  Some 2,500 acres held by 15 producing oil and gas wells.  Excellent growth potential.  Operated by a Major oil company.  The non-operating working interest of 6.5 % NRI has a monthly cash flow of  $715,000. The present value of the net proved reserves discounted at 10% is  $ 40.1 Million.  SOLD

        7. Victoria, Tx. Prospect.  Some  700 acres held by 8 producing Frio gas wells.  There are 8 offset drill locations.  Current net cash flow is around  $ 150,000.  Proved reserves of 5 BCF.

            PRICE :    $ 5  MILLION SOLD

         Deposits are required to take a project off the market for due diligence.  All projects are subject to being taken off the market at anytime.  These producing prospects won't last long.
