"KEEP IT SIMPLE"

These Bios are so difficult to write.  Tropique'l Investments, Inc. was formed in 2003 by Pamela Kelley as a means to join my semi-retirement from the Oil and Gas Industry (1982-2003) with some fanciful investments in Real Estate along with my love for travel.  Nothing like a business trip to beautiful sandy beaches and exotic locations! 

While in the Oil and Gas Industry, last as Director of Sales and Marketing for an independant consulting firm, I was afforded the opportunity of extensive world-wide travel to places in Asia, Europe and The Americas.  Coupled with my desire to experience different cultures and diverisfy my own investment opportunities, Tropique'l Investments provides a means for me to share and utilize my acquired knowledge helping others find their dream.  So many network of friends and associates inquired about areas of investment in Real Estate or maybe, Alternative Energy or Oil Refineries that it was not long before potential clients encouraged me to formalize a plan.  Hence, Tropique'l Investments, Inc. was created as a way to optimize my network and investments simultaneously...and keep me out of trouble with too much time on my hands!

There are aspects of financing and sales - acquistions or divestitures that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.  My goal is to select projects carefully to assure a profitable outcome for my client - one that allows that client to pursue additional success or refer Tropique'l Investments, Inc. to their network.
